People! I've FINALLY been inspired to come up with a few Halloween looks! I've been in a slump for the longest time. I had absolutely no drive, no ideas...nothing! It's CRAZY because I look forward to Halloween all the time, it's my favorite holiday and I didn't really think much of it 'til a few weeks ago. Ashamed!! Everyone knows that I'm ALWAYS ready for Halloween MONTHS in advanced, but for some reason, I was completely clueless this year. Sad.
But thanks to a bit of internet surfing/nerding, I managed to accumulate a surprisingly good amount of inspiration!

I've posted two really extravagant Halloween looks above: A sugar skull inspired by one of the many amazing Day of the Dead/Día de los Muertos paintings by the extremely talented Sylvia Ji. A cool tidbit is that she's an SF Bay area native! Holla. We Bay folk got talent, as you can already tell. Dust them shoulders off. ;)
For the second look, you all might recognize..or not..haha. It's inspired by Disney's Ursula from The Little Mermaid! OF COURSE I had to add a little Disney up in there. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to keep that particular look. I tried to be as accurate as possible to the real deal, but still have a little twist of my own creativity to it. I wanted to change it at one point since it kinda had a little 'chola' vibe goin' on. i.e. strongly arched brows, and the lips just gave it that vibe. Hahaha. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the chola look. I personally think it's amazing! Just not for what I was going for with this look. But I totally changed my mind...after days of evaluation..more like two weeks. Took me two weeks to decide if I liked this look. But Chola-Ursula eventually grew on me. And I love it!

Note: I did a little photo editing on the sugar skull photo to make it look like an old-fashioned photo/painting.

Hope you guys like it! Enjoy~
