{Tutorial} Peekablue! ㅋㅋ

HEY everybody! Hope you all had a great July 4th~! I'm sorry for not updating in a while..again! One of the reasons being the HEAT lately. It completely discouraged me to wear any makeup at all. Summer has just been torture. What's the point of wearing it if it's just going to MELT right off as soon as I leave the house? So yeah, I apologize society had to witness a disturbing display of BARE FACE for about a week or two. Haha.
Surprisingly, the weather has been gorgeous for the past couple days and I've been able to doll-up once again. Yay! To celebrate, today I have a quick summery TUTORIAL for you all! Since it is probably one of the hottest summers of the century, we'll be using very minimal makeup to spare you from MELTAGE. Haha. Also, I chose colors that aren't too overpowering with a bright pop of an electric blue. Because I hate to be boring. :D I couldn't think of a better name for it and I'm aware it's probably the corniest title ever. But it's cute right? Hehe.
Again, I was inspired by non other than KPOP (YOU KNOW YOU LOVE IT), specifically the new music videos of Girl's Day and Hyuna of 4minute. Not necessarily the makeup in the video, but the brightness, the overall feel and the music just SCREAMS SUMMER. And I thought this was the perfect inspiration~

Grab a cool drink and watch them here!

With an already prepped and primed lid, apply a bronze e/s over the entire lid, slightly passing the crease.

Line your eyes with a black eyeliner however you normally line them, or for added drama, WING DAT BISH.

Now apply a bright blue eyeshadow on the inner corners of your eye and along the lower lash line going half way out.

Curl lashes and apply mascara. Apply a silver glitter liner again, along the lower lash line right on top of the blue e/s we applied earlier.

For cheeks, lightly dust the apples of your cheeks with an peachy-orange blush. Or use a bronzer as a substitute. Either way, it'll add a nice glow effect.
Finish off with a natural or clear gloss and you're set!

And here's the final look!

Hope you enjoyed! I know I said I was going to go towards a different route for my next tutorial, but I decided that it was best to go for a Summer theme for now. So keep an eye out for my next one. Thanks guys!
